NO INTEGRITY BUYER BEWARE of this dealership. This dealership's finance manager tried to scam me into buying the GAP Protection by telling it is mandatory by Braman Motors. I immediately told him that I didn't want the GAP policy. He lied again by saying, " I will have to cancel the GAP policy in the computer internally and a check will be sent to the bank where I financed the vehicle." Very Bad service.. AVOID this Dealer ~~ !!! A Colombian Old salesman came with a very bad actitute.. asking me what I want to know about the vehicle and telling me I can find all the information from the internet, he also was eating GUM as an Animal, it was very bad experience.. better go to Broward dealers.. Horrible Mini sales dptm After my research, I went to this dealer and was told to wait 3 weeks for the Mini with the color and optionals that I was looking for to arrive in stock after a promise from a saleswoman Antonella. She called me several times to give me the status of the car. We spent a lot of time since test drive to price agreement before the car arrive. I went to the store three times and we agreed on price. Horrible sales and service teams I bought my 2012 BMW from these guys. The other reviews on this board are fake review put by them . They are dishonest and tried hard to sneak in every hidden fees known to mankind. The service team don't care about your car. They left scratches and grease marks on the car. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.
BAD OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD CAR SERVICE I came to BRAMAN BMW MIAMI to have maintenance done to my vehicle. The valet damage my car leaving a huge dent and scratch and the mechanic made more problems to my vehicle and told me they are not liable or responsible for anything.
