2006 BMW 620i Battery defective and replaced. Had to keep calling to get service results, day later when I was told I would receive a call. Left message with no reply by phone or email. Courtesy car for pick up to retrieve car was not available. Had to make own arrangements. Wait seemed longer than normal to pick up car that was supposed to be ready the day before. Dealership didnt seem busy.
YELLOW WARNING LIGHT I have a yellow warning on the dashboard of the BMW I have on lease The attention paid by Marlon (the customer service manager) has been great and very useful But you do not have the piece that should be changed and it will last 4 weeks And I'll be with the warning yellow light during this period

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER Absolute worst service I've ever experienced with regard to an accident and just customer service in general. I got into an accident on Nov 15, 2015, and was towed to the body shop the following day. It is now January 20, 2016, and my car is STILL being repaired. Oustanding service Made an online appointment for yearly serice in my BMW, left the car at 8am and at 11:15am got the call "car is ready". Smooth, no issues car cleaned and that's it.! It does not get any better than this leel of serice.
Warranty Service 2015 Mini Cooper 4 door. Warranty Service. Water leaked to the driver and passenger side (floor carpet). I'll trust they word on the fix. I'll verify that when it rains again.
Customer All cashiers were chewing gum some of them popping bubble gums drinking water etc Was not professional at all
