I had already received an estimate from Luke Holmes, at Geico ( the "ticketed" driver's insurance ) after which I went to Erick Limaituj, who accepted my car, along with Mr. Holmes' estimate, and contacted Enterprise to pick me up. Buying and service experience. Their were challenges, but they always figure out a way to make things right.
car buying I didn't visit the dealership showroom nor did i buy any car. so my ratings may not reflect actual experience with this dealership.
Only computer relied Technitian don't have knowledge about cars. They change everything in your car to fix a problem. They rely on computers tell them what is going on with your car. In the end you pay for a lot for service.
Great service! I purchased a car from South Motors BMW and man did I make a mistake! No less than a month later did my battery on the car die.. Needless to say, when I took it back they were making me pay for it. I know this is not their fault, but the way that they handled the situation was very unprofessional. I will never take my car here again nor buy a car from here after going to Brahman. Although it us a much further drive, it is worth it. If you are looking to service your Mini-Cooper, talk to Allen. He is great!
if you want a pleasure car, do not buy a BMW We bought a brand new 2011 BMW 335i Convertible to use it on weekends, the car has 10K miles on it and still under warranty but Dealer said that brakes lost the warranty because the car is not driven enough. It is clear that warranty does not cover an abused car but lose warranty for not be driving enough sounds weird.
Quality Control and Customer Service are terrible! Car was in a minor-medium front collision. Airbags did not deploy. Hood, bumper, radiator support and headlights are the major things that had to be replaced. Hood did not have major damage. Along with AC Condenser because it was damaged... I definitely had AC working good (even after the accident) when I brought my car to BMW Braman Body Shop in Miami for repairs. Bad experience buying a Mini Higher prices across the State. Trying to add fees and more fees. I would not recommend this dealer. Worst prices ever, bad experience.
No dice I never received a phone call about buying a car that I was interested in purchasing. I never received an email either:-(
