Will leave you hanging... Originally for the past 7 years I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone however after my last service experience they left me upset, my car unfixed and unable to find anyone that would give me a better answer than too bad so sad.
Dan Brandano was awesome We were in the market for a decent used, wanted a convertible but didn't want to spend a lot of money since I work from home and drive very little. The first place we looked was the Porsche/BMW dealer, not what you'd think when you're not wanting to spend a lot of money. Detail Service - Never take your car to Bert Smith I purchased a new BMW 535i in late Dec 2013, brought it in 3 months later in April 2014 for a New Car Detail. With no scratches, no swirl marks, no paint chips and no damage on the car whatsoever. After receiving a phone call that the car was ready, I arrived at the dealership at 3:30pm.
