Great Service Umansky is carrying on the tradition of great service that I had with Concours. I continue to visit this site despite having a different BMW dealer much closer to me. Great service is the result of great people. I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Rob Williams who was amazing. His professionalism, personableness and follow through was refreshing and appreciated. I would highly recommend Umansky and encourage you to ask for Rob if you want exceptional service!
Brake Repairs Easy to schedule, convenient ride home while I waited for repairs, and good communication on the status of them. Very friendly staff and fair price.

Very personal attention. Todd, the service technician, came out to review the repairs needed as well as suggest some additional service providers for a specific problem that was more cost effective to be done elsewhere. Work was done as pormised and within thw timeframe committed. Great experience!

Trunk partition repair I am very satisfied with the repair, the time it took to complete and the cost. I was dreading the repair. I thought it would be ridiculously expensive, take forever to get the part needed, and the wait would be painfully long. I was wrong about all of it. Great place. I received awesome and quick service. Mike was extremely professional and courteous! Thanks service/repair team!

First Time, Would Return Quality experience all around. Found a used Volvo online and visited that evening. They took our old car off our hands and made sure we were taken care through the entire process. They were pretty busy but brought over a member from a different store to assist with our financing to make sure we left at a decent time. The small fixes we requested before buying the car were completed and we drove off in a car that looked new.
