Service Advisor is knowledgeable. Mirror has squeaking sounds when folding and service did a good job of fixing it. Service is done in a timely manner. Nice experience.

leasing a 330i Excellent facilities. Great Service. Worked while I waited and enjoyed the free espresso and snack items. Had a 10k mile oil change and standard service. They washed the car as well. It’s relaxing to go there.

First Rate Service Experience Had our recently purchased 2000 BMW Z-3 M in for all fluids replaced and installation of rear sub-frame bushings. Communications back and forth with Kevin Tuma were excellent and Mike Kraus personally took care of my appointment. Work was expedited within the same day. I was given a shuttle ride home by a super nice lady. I also received phone call updates on the progress and follow ups afterwards from Kevin and Mike. Great experience buying a car Great experience. Worked with Al...easy and quick. I came from VA to pick up the car. All paper work was ready when i came in...was in and out in an hour. Best price in the country. They use precision pricing so no negotiation but I personally prefer that. Ask for Al when you call!

So helpful, friendly, and efficient! I was interested in a very specific car that they had and was hesitant buying it as I am from another state (across the country).
