Bmw 128i annual maint Friendly. Quick. Fair cost. They have serviced my car since I bought there new in 2008. They are the only place I have taken my car for service.

Crash avoidance system malfunctioned Told me I needed tires. The tires in question were new. What were they measuring? How can I trust that they really fixed my problems that I brought the car in for.
Excellent Service Advisor I happen to love the Service Dept at Ima sly BMW Mke North. Such class and conveniece makes a person feel valuable. Rob - Service Advisor was very attentive to my needs and questions. Shuttle driver was VERY prompt and personable. All around top-notch service!
Director Jim and the rest of the BMW staff was very friendly, professional and competent. It was stress free and i felt that the staff was genuinely invested in delivering an excellent client experience.
Service was fast and helpful. Rob was very helpful. Had to have an older fob replaced. 2 days in, put in que next morning, got programing done, car set up, and washed (thanks!) in a little than an hour. Got me right back on the road. Friendly and no hype. Thanks much.
Quality dealership Margy was awesome to work with. She made it easy for me to make my selections, whether I had limited time or more time she was always flexible and responsive, never pushy.
