Always Professional I’ve been servicing my X3 here for years. The staff is very professional and accommodating. I like the text message updates and the ample “goodies” in the waiting area.
Great Service Continue to receive great service. I had a major problem that was very difficult to detect and they would not give up on it until it was identified and corrected. I spoke to others about similar problems with other non-BMW vehicles and the dealerships gave up on them. Chris and Lisa went above and beyond and are great to work with!
Oil change Did a wonderful job of getting me in and out while doing a great service. Made sure I knew about other services that needed to be done and did them the same day.
