This was my first visit and I made an appointment for 1pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t leave until 4:30. Ridiculous. And the car wash was pointless. They barely washed it. Even a salesman mentioned they did a bad job and they needed to do it over but I didn’t want to give them another 30 mins of my life.
This is the worst Service I have ever had. Took 5 months for them to get my recall parts. 2 Months for them to call me and say they have my parts. I can come in but they ask for another person to find out they got my Name mixed up with someone else and don’t have my parts. 3 months later I called them they got the parts in but the parts probably was setting in the back. Piece of shit service center! I will never ever go back here again! Out of all the times I've been there you sorry sacks of shit always find some way to screw me! Theses sorry motherfuckers are good for keep your car for days for simple fixes and leaving you stranded with no loaner car. They call u 5 min before they close as their way of saying I tried. Do not take your car here! Worst service ever and shotty work to match!

I thought this would be a great switch to have service completed here. I was completely wrong. They screwed up my appointment that I made in person. NEVER AGAIN!
The service advisor Matt was very rude and made me feel really uncomfortable. Although I️ live closest to this location I️ wiont ever return.
Went in for service made a couple of request to check for leaks etc. service advisor Carey could care less. Replaced my battery and tried to rush me out of there. I’m a Single Mom and my baby and I were getting straight on highway after leaving there. Came in with low tire indicator...... left with low tire indicator. First time customer at this location very disappointed 😞
I went to have my car checked out for a letter that I received in reference to an Airbag recall on 8/25/2017. The service advisor Lawrence Heard told me that it would take 3 to 4 weeks for the part to come in and to call if I haven’t heard from them. I called on the 4th week and the part still has not come in. I spoke to a Emily and she said it could take more than 4 weeks. As of today 10/9/2017 I have not received a call.
