Service is slow, but acceptable. My schedule does not make scheduling easy so I am mostly a walkin. The remodeling is cramped. I would rather drive to Montgomery when possible. They are normally 30 or 40% cheaper and with BMW that can be almost a grand less!

Horrible customer service experience Took my BMW into BMW of South Atlanta because I had a issue which made the check engine light come on and I got a battery power discharge warning... I was quoted for a battery.I excepted the price and let them proceed to service my car.. they come back and say 2 fuel pumps on my car are failing and causing 134567&8 cylinders to misfire. Bad customer service, no information. Things happen but a bit more focus and transparency would be appreciated. I did not buy a BMW for this kind of treatment.

Service advisor made no sense what so ever I'm also a former mechanic just not bmw but I do know well enough to use a scanner and read the codes I get codes told to me from service advisor which are irrelevant to the codes I pulled today I walk in after hearing a retarted voicemail about how "the other side of the fuel injectors need to be refilled guy stutters then says replaced" completely have nothing to do with codes I pulled from 3 different locations and then when I come in everyone in the office laughing so I just my ... read more

Absolutely some of the most unprofessional sales reps ever ! Bought my car for Felicia Hayes. Never wants to help . Shotgunned my credit report after specifically being told not too . Was lied to about the original down payment and capital one deal I had done prior to going to dealership. Found out from capital one the deal on table stood as shown. This location sucks! I brought my car in 2 weeks ago for a diagnostic test the issue with the car was something electrical or something dealing with a sensor they give me a diagnosis that was irrelevant to the issue I brought the car back the next week and said your diagnosis is irrelevant the car is still doing the same thing they told me it was something different I'm like why didn't you say that the first time and they said that because I just wanted to take care of the other issues so they did not even addressed why I br... read more

DO NOT TRUST AVAILABILITY ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE! We drove from FL in a rental car, after confirming online, in email, and over the phone with Kourtney Batson ("salesperson").
