I bought a 2008 BMW 528I from a private dealer. It was going into limp mode while driving. I took it to a South Atlanta BMW in Union City Georgia for diagnostic and after 2 weeks of trouble shooting the manager went from $2,000 in repairs to $3,100. I came I for AC service Wednesday 12 April 2017. The Maintenance Technician performed a leak test and the leak test failed. My AC system was completely free of freon. They refilled my system and still could not determine any evidence of leakage but was completely convinced that it was a leak, since freon rarely leaks. I asked what it the next step to determine the root cause of failure. I'm currently on hold with with parts department.....its been 14 minutes. LOL. After 8 minutes of being on hold, a guy picks up the phone and what does he say? "Bmw parts, could you hold please?" UM YES ACTUALLY. I WOULD LOVE TO HOLD......JUST LIKE IVE BEEN HOLDING THE WHOLE TIME. It's now been 17 minutes. I work for a dealership and I know Saturday's are busy but this is ridiculous. Still holding by the way.
Absolutely horribly ran establishment! Do not use them. I purchased a 2013 Acura TL from them. Shaun was my salesman who was very nice, seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating. We did most communication through text messaging. I live in Connecticut but ordered a new wheel from these guys to replace a cracked one on my vehicle. The wheel was damaged by FedEx in shipping and BMW of South Atlanta was courteous enough to provide me with a generous credit for the damage (it was cosmetic and minor) rather than force me to make a claim through FedEx and play the waiting game. I couldn't be more pleased with how they handled my issue.

This is literally the WORST BMW dealership in existence. The majority of people that work here are extremely rude. Do not buy a car from here!! Go to United BMW of Roswell, Duluth, or Macon if you want a good experience.
