"Great service, great people! " I've been to other Mercedes dealerships in the past, however, Berglund Luxury Auto in particular is the best. The service department is remarkable. "Regular maintenance, oil change, etc" The service manager, Joe Camarda is terrific. I knew exactly what to expect going in and exactly what tasks were performed (and why) on the way out. The communication lines are clear and consistent and appreciated.
"Out of town help! " Great same day service when my daughter's car needed a new belt .. Parts were in stock and the service was completed quickly so my daughter could drive home from college!
"Service " Always receive great service in Lynchburg. The Service Manager always explains what the service entails and the approximate cost. I’m always given a clean and often new loaner while my car is being serviced.
"Value added service experience" I have purchased or leased three BMWs from Berglund Luxury Auto (under that and other names) and two before that from other dealers in Virginia. My experience with this service team is that they are a peerless, value-added component of my overall BMW experience in Lynchburg. "Comfortable car buying" Tried USAA Car buying service for the first time. Got an message from Dave Roberts. It was just one message we were not bombarded by one message after another like we were from other dealers. We met with Dave told him what models we were considering and he said the best thing to do was come by when we had time and drive all of them back to back. "Service " Joe Camarda is excellent. He is very professional, remembers who you are and works to accommodate any request. This is different than most dealerships I have experienced.
