Very difficult to work with, NO FOCUS on customer All pizazz and minimal substance. Long wait line, long holding time on calls, Long wait for loaner cars, and long wait for recall parts. When you do connect, the entire focus is on selling you additional services and parts. I love my car but hate interacting with their service department.

Shocking service I will not buy another BMW based on the poor service I received at Global. Several people had similar comments while we were waiting for service.

Bmw global imports Atlanta It was Good but the only thing was that when i got my car back, it was missing a piece in the front bumper for the towing. I told the service advisor and he said it came in like that but i know he was wrong! Wouldn't expect it from here

pathetic business. Waste of time. Only care about money. the first time I went up there I had no makeup on just got off work and looked like crap. No one helped me. I went the next time trying to get help which they failed at doing, I dressed/looked the same. The next time I dressed as best as I could and pulled out my nicest clothes and my most expensive purse. Finally they were listening to me and trying to help me. It's disgusting at how big of a difference things were. They only care about your money. They've made me so ... read more

Service Repair I had to take my car back due to shaking during breaking when driving over 40 mph. Service rep says the services I received a couple of days prior did not have an impact on the problems I now experience.

Needs improvement On my bill it stated I had a no charge car wash. The car was delivered with big dots of Georgia red clay all over it. I complained to the guy delivering it. Hbrought it back with the hood cleaned off but the rear was still covered in before mentioned red spots. Wouldn't have been that big of a deal had you just left that free wash off of the bill. Inspect BEFORE you deliver.

Not happy with treatment Just bought Bmw 550i in Janurary and two days ago in almost shut of in the middle of the street so my husband called our sales person Ray Lawson whom was so nice when selling the car was trying to put us off on someone else . Tech's WOW! My car stayed in the shop for eight days and still was not fixed the only thing that was good about my vist was the adviser......The second time the tech that was fixing my car got sick and i guess he was the only tech that could replace a light switch? The tech's are the main reason for this overall bad experience.
