Terrible experience! I'd like to begin by saying I believe BMW makes a quality product and I've owned 2 other BMW cars with very good experiences. But my experience with Global was a very poor one.....lack of attention, lack of communication, lack of interest in selling a vehicle or offering other options if the vehicle originally interested in is no longer available. unbelievable I have never experienced a bad dealership till now. I was going to trade two vehicles in for one of there BMW's. They were offering nothing for my trade. Trade in my Maserati and get no value towards the trade.They expected me to overpay on there vehicle. They tried ripping me off. Very unprofessional dealership. They treat there customers poorly.

Professional Service VS Poor Customer Service I recently purchased a 1998 Z3 over the internet from a seller in Chicago, IL. I had the car shipped from Chicago to my home in Rome, GA. The next day (Thursday) I drove the car to the BMW dealership in Chattanooga to order a spare key since the car was delivered with only 1 key. Not sure about the "customer service"... I want to preface this review by first saying that in years gone by, I purchased several cars from Global, first with BMW's and later, Mini Coopers when they were located at the same site. I enjoyed the Mini experience and wish they had not relocated, and the BMW purchases go back to the days at the old, smaller location. Recently, however, Global is not the same. Sold a new car that has broken down already Was sold a new car off the show room floor that has been in for repairs three times already with the same issue. The car misfires when accelerate and goes into limp mode. Car is less than 45 days old and been in the shop the last week and it will be another week before repairs are completed. Tell me how happy I am.

Horrible They told me they would give me keys(plural) after I buy the car and the detail is complete. Then they only gave me one key and tried to sell me another one for$320. And they will not work with me on the price. Felt slighted. Do not buy from them. Buying a BMW should end happy not slighted.

Dishonest Terrible service they will not give you honest and accurate information. It's been over a month and a half and we have not even received title paperwork to get our car tag. We have made inquires but no one knows anything or can send us to the proper person to talk to. Totally unprofessional!!!!!
