Worst service Worst service I have ever had at a dealership! 2016 428 has broken down twice before 7,000 Miles! Couldn't get global imports to return a call. Had to call another BMW dealer to get a tow truck!

token poor service worst experience ever! stay away from the double-talking jason wyche. one would have thought that i was at the ford dealership. last time for me. there are other break my wallet dealerships out there.

Service Dept Review The wait was a bit long for an oil change and air filter change. I understand my appointment was scheduled for the week of the holiday but over 2 hours was excessive. Also the service manager I chose when setting my appointment wasn't at work so it took a while to get me reassigned to another manager. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to my son & I. The shuttle bus was very convenient.

Good service write, poor processes and frustrating Service writer was good, but I waited an hour for my courtesy ride home. The part they showed as "available" in their system wasn't actually there so I have to make another trip to have it installed (after they had my car yesterday for 8 hours). I then waited an hour for my paperwork even though my car was ready. Incredibly frustrating experience no matter how hard the service write tried to make it work.

Never again.. The BMW X5 I currently own has a history of oil leaks - major work last year. I would go in every month to month and a half for a top off because I kept getting the low oil light. I kept mentioning it to staff ( on every occasion I got oil )and was continually told they are high performance vehicles and will "go through oil" more than other vehicles. Service on my i135 I have always brought my car to be serviced at the Global Imports, I have always gotten a good experience but this time it was far from that. I don't blame it on the Global Imports but on the service rep who helped me. He was very friendly but he didn't know much about what he was doing. He couldn't explain me what was wrong with my car or what have been perform to my car during the service. Untrustworthy Untrustworthy... We settled on a price for a vehicle over the phone and said we would be at the dealership the next morning to purchase/pickup car but the sales manager turned around and sold the vehicle a few hours later to someone else. If they treat prospective buyers like this I can't imagine how they treat you once you've given them your money.

Free Inspection at Global Imports Got a free inspection, 2009 328i. Inspection does not cover checking engine codes, $160 extra for that. Got an estimate for a belt and tensioner replacement, labor at $160/hr is the highest I've seen in Atlanta. Estimated 2 hours for a job that takes 45 minutes. I'm going to my independent shop, Global Imports is too expensive...

Warranty or Not When you buy a maintenance plan the disclaimer say for example 50,000 miles or by November 1, 2017. None of the documents or small print says "provided wear is acceptable to the service department." When my service agreement is up weather the parts are worn or not I will be out of options and have to have any work done under the more expensive plans, period.
