40K Service Called 1 week in advance and made service appt. for 12:30, was told Shuttle would take me back to my office. Received confirmation email 1 day before my appt. for 10:30 AM apt and it said I would be Waiting for my car. Did they not hear me? I called, lady said not to worry, they had me for 12:30 & shuttle. Got there at 12:30, Shuttle did not depart until 1:30. When shuttle driver came to pick me up at 5:30, they send a different guy and car, he did not call me as they said he would, so I sat in front of my office... read more

Terrible at Customer Service I took my car in for repairs (for the last time). There was an error with paperwork that caused significant issues. My service advisor was very apologetic and tried to be helpful, which was appreciated because he was out of town. However, dealing with the other members of the service department was very disappointing. When I finally got my car back, all I got was a "sorry for the inconvenience" with a "sucks to be you" face. Waste of time I think this is officially my last time at this dealership. I will drive hours away before coming back.

Review Global Imports BMW I have taken my BMW X5 to this location twice for servicing. Both times, I had an appointment scheduled with notation that I did need a loaner for the day/time of service. Both times, obtaining the loaner was an inconvenient hassle. I waited for 1 hour the second time to only be informed that there was no loaner available. I do not understand servicing a luxury vehicle and not having loaners available for the customer at all times. I have never had this issue with the Acura that I own. Very disappoi... read more

Car serviced Had a great experience, had my car serviced all went well only grip I had was that I was told I would be given a phone call when my car would be ready, well no call was made so with that being said my car was brought in around 10:30 finished at 12:00 and finally felt the need to see if my car was ready it was 2:30, was not happy about waiting 2 hours

Need to be more tentative Service: A. Wrong information was provided regarding appointment process. B. Estimated completion time was way off C. Getting a loaner car was lengthy and made me like I don't deserve it. D. Greasy prints were left in the interior after the repair process. Suggestion: Service Advisors needs to be more tentative and focus. Sales: A. The first 2 times I visited and before purchase my car, sale staff were not tentative.

Great service Right from the start the service rep was very professional and welcoming . I was very pleased with the service that was provided.

Neglectful Im a first time care buyer and thought i was walking into a great experience. I worked for a dealership before and was pretty familiar of the process. Although Roman was very nice and quick to find the car that i wanted and had all that i wanted the process was an actual nightmare. Both my husband and I work out of NY and live in GA.
