9:30 am-5:15 pm at Global I had my car service on Sat, Sept 17th. I noticed there was a skeleton staff of service advisors. My advisors was very friendly. I expected to spend at least 3 or 4 hours at the service center. Spending 7.5 hours was ridiculous. Global Imports better get it together and make customer service a #1 priority or I will find another location to service my car.

Global Import BMW Experience If I had been asked for this review a week ago, my comments would have been a little more forgiving. However, since buying my car, it's been like Global who? There was no follow up after my purchase (and still hasn't been) and scheduling a service appointment has been a joke. The one thing Global was good at was making sure they had my down payment. Also, I have received no less than six emails to complete various surveys. At this point, I am not inclined to recommend this dealership to anyone.

BMW X3 service I had a 0930 appoint to have oil changed and tires rotated. I was told over the phone when the appoint was made it would take 1.5 hours. When I arrived the service rep told me it would take 2 hours. The servicing took 5.5 hours. I did not leave until 2:30. All employees I spoke with were very nice and the rep I dealt with was helpful, however I do not think it is acceptable for a paying customer with an appoint to have to wait any longer than 2 hours for the services I received. Do not go to Global BMW Imports I booked an early appointment (7am) and did not leave until 12:30pm. The work was simple - check to see what service, if any, was needed, especially checking the tires, replace the floor mats and do an external detail (quoted at 90 minutes). I thought I would be out no later than 10am. I checked a few times and was told 11am and then before 12pm was told several times we are waiting on the paperwork. Head light Repair The wait time for one replacement head light bulb was too long.Initially, my service adviser told me that I had to wait eight hours to get my car back. I made a 9:00am appointment, but I got my car back in two hours still ridiculous. I'm in the process of looking for a new location that will service quickly when it comes to simple 30 minutes repairs .

BMW X-6 The service was good and prompt. The dealer provided a loaner car.
Car service/repair Rental (loaner) cars take a very long time. Sometimes, one has to wait 30 to 45 minutes before the car is ready.
Car serviced Wonderful customer service, fast service. I'll never go to another dealership.
Service I have an issue with the screen on my iDrive that I strongly believe should be replaced under warranty. Service Supervisor thought it was a reasonable request but service manager said no. Cannot believe that are not standing behind their products. I have had 7 BMWS in my life and if this situation is not resolved to my satisfaction, it will probably be my last.
