Poor Service from upper management personel. We had very poor service with my BMW. I took it in for repairs and things were not done as needed. They worked on my car and put an old part back on my car which caused the same problems I had when I brought it there. Management was very unhelpful until I called the Headquarters about the poor service. They were not willing to work with me at all even after they did not fit the car right the first time. Service Based on these other reviews I must continuously get them on their bad days.You pull in and regardless if you have a scheduled service or not you watch lots of employees scurry around or chat idly and ignore you until your particular person happens to be available. Try calling to schedule a service and the operator puts you through to what end up being vm b/c no one picks up. I cycled back 5 times to get live person on the last call. Last service I had they kept it for 5 hours for simple service (after promising 2) a... read more

Service Department Total lack of communication with service advisor Lionel Ledlum. He does not return calls and I've been left hanging not knowing if my car is ready yet. Was told it would be ready one day but he never called and I've been trying to reach him for two days. My car has been there for two weeks. I will ask for another service advisor and maybe have a better experience.

Terrible Service Took my vehicle there for a BMW Assist Malfunction, and they kept it for 10 ten days. The service rep. (Tyler) was terrible at communicating with me on the progress of the repairs. The only time I heard from him was when he had additional repairs that were actually misdiagnosed. When I picked my car up there was a check engine light on and it was misfiring very bad. Now they want me to drive it back there which I have been advised not to do because it can cause more damage. I will never take another vehicle ... read more

Poor follow up and I leased out a M4 from Global imports. Initial process seemed great with my sales representative being friendly and ready to help. I decided on the lease and the turmoil started after that. It took them forever to create the lease paperwork ( almost 4 hours). To top it all they made mistake on the paperwork which I deciphered after i went home and patiently went through all the documents. My advisor for the paper work was 'Jared Vailes'. Horrible Service Experience I experienced a terrible service experience at BMW Global Imports. Tried to provide feedback to the management team neither Service Manager Eldric Brown nor General Manger Chris Cole returned my call after leaving them messages. Very poor response to a serious issue!!!

Bad service Went in for an oil change and a warranty repair on December 7th. Picked the Z4 that day and within 10 miles the cooling system failed for lack of a clamp. We had to take the auto to a local shop paid $150 for repair, we had to replace all the coolant was told 1 clamp was installed backwards and another was missing. We spoke with the service representative at Global, Jermaine who was apologetic, and left 2 messages with the service manager Branden who was unresponsive. Horrible Service and Poor Communication In summary: Move on to another dealer if you're looking to buy a preowned car... I called at 11am to see if a used truck was still available. The girl who answered said it was, so I scheduled an appointment to see it at 1pm. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes and spent another 10 minutes trying to find parking only to find out from a salesman that the truck sold earlier this morning.
