My wife and I both agree that after our experience last week at Richmond BMW we are fans of this dealership and especially Steve Lerner because of the way we were treated and how pleasant we found the whole experience. Steve and Dmitry went above and beyond in assisting me in my search for Toyota FJ Cruiser. I live in a city approximately 80 miles away from Richmond and actually brought the vehicle to me to see greatly easing my logistics. We have leased and/or purchased 4 BMW's with Steve Lerner as our sales/leasing representative. He has treated with courtesy, honesty, humbleness while demonstrating the 'go the extra mile' attitude. We just leased a 2017 330i Sedan which my husband special ordered. Of course when you leave the details to the husband a minor glitch might occur. I was a bit concerned about driving over 3 hours for a 2016 Honda Civic we had not seen in person. The internet sales person, Steve Lerner, worked extra hard inspecting the car with his cell phone flashlight to put our fears at ease. After a test drive and some inspection we decided to get the car. The manager saw some surface scratches on both sides of the car. Steve made the return process very painless. He is quite a character (check out his photos at his desk) and we really enjoyed our chat with him. I explained our situation and he didn't apply any pressure to make me change my mind. I told him I really enjoyed my 2 years with the I3 and that I just wanted to return for now.
