My husband was the one who dealt with Andrew about all the particulars, and the price, but when we went to sign the papers, the price was different. my husband was not very happy. However we did get the van , and it seems to be handleing very well for my daughter. But it would be nice if something could be done about the price, maybe some kind of compensation. We have in the past dealt with Hyundia and have had no problems with the price or service. thank you for your time, karen

Had e-mailed Carol Bianchi(she was recommended by a relative) expressing my interest in an Impreza Outback Sport. Your website indicated none in stock. After several weeks, she phoned me to politely state that, due to the Japanese tragedy, they were not sure if and when they would receive that model. This dealership was fair and easy to deal with. My salesmen worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others. I have purchased three vehicles from New Motors and felt they did a great job finding me what I wanted every time. They also have a great service department with friendly and knowledgable staff.

We were greeted immediately and helped with the Kia Soul that we were interested in. We test drove 1 Kia Soul and were shown all the features and new gadgets; found one we liked and actually test drove it also. The deal was made and we returned the following day to complete the paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and professional and the whole process was fun. I needed a good used car for my son to commute to college. My other son wanted a good used car too. We went into New Motors based on Subaru Consumer Reports. Phil Glass was so nice, he helped us find 2 like new cars, and gave us such a good price on trading in my Ford Escape for a new Forester, I couldn't turn it down. We were new to leasing and Jason worked us through to a acceptable purchase. He also helped us when we returned to get the blue tooth feature working right. He called to check on us the other evening and to answer any question. We will surely go back when it is time to move on another vehicle. We have been Ford People forever and this is a real change for us to go to Kia. The policy of a loaner for extended repair is appealing and transportation downtown while work is going on is also a plus.

Before purchasing this new car we had service work done on our previous BMW, when we went there for the first time we were treated like we had been customers of New Motors for years. This is the main reason this is the only place we considered when buying our new BMW Z4. Everybody from the sales people to the parts and service department could not be nicer.

I came into new motors looking to lease a new jetta. Allen and Dave gave me nothing but the best service. I came in and the jetta was already parked and waiting for me to test drive. The process was easy, quick, and simple. I got exactly what I wanted and didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. I highly recommend New Motors!

very enjoyable experience. purchased new car and was fully informed of all the details of the car. had remote car start installed before purchase and it was completed on time. pricing was very reasonable and i can not complain about it. i recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle or have service work completed.
