The staff at New Motors was helpful, patient, and efficient. They made the transition of turning in my TDI (which I wasn't completely ready to part with) as painless and easy as possible, and he helped me find the car I really wanted--from the financial to the practical elements of learning what the new vehicle had to offer.
Positive interactions with all staff including our salesperson, Steven. We traded in and purchased in the same day. The process of buying a car is exhausting, but the staff at New Motors were accommodating.
I took my leased car in to be inspected. While waiting I saw Andrew who originally leased the car to me. I still had a year left on my lease but told him that I would like to buy the car now if I could. I was able to end my lease and purchase my car that day. Andrew was very helpful and I am happy with my overall experience at the dealership.
Our salesperson, Mike could not do enough for us. He made us feel welcome and he listened intently to what we were looking for. As we made our way through the sales process, he continued to make us feel comfortable. The finance team worked with us and gave us a deal of a lifetime. Thank you for being kind and professional. Our purchase of our new Subaru Legacy from New Motors and Tony Confer was not a stressful process. Tony was very professional and treated us honestly and with respect. We feel we got as good a deal as possible and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.
My husband and I just leased our second Forester. I absolutely love New Motors. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about the product they sell.
