The team at New Motors- Erie Auto Credit branch was excellent. Manager Brett V. went the extra mile to provide what I was looking for in my purchase. The salesmanship of Kevin Y. cannot go without high recommendation. He brings a fresh perspective to the stereotypical car buying experience. I never felt pressured, coerced, or swindled. We have been very pleased with the Subaru vehicles and our service from New Motors. Steve Dillon has been great to work with and has given us top notch advice in our Subaru leases. We have not had a serious problem with any of our Subaru cars and the service department has been above average.
Tony Confer was a pleasure to work with. He returns calls, is knowledgeable and likes his job which is very evident. This is our third time leasing, 2 cars per lease and no complaints about New Motors.

Mike and Allen were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took an interest in addressing our concerns and meeting our demands. This was different from any other car purchase we experienced and would put our trust in them in our next purchase.
I went to new motors looking for a specific type of car. The car I had originally picked out had few issues they said would be fixed before selling? it to me. We had a great experience with Tony...he is friendly and knowledgable. We had done some research online to learn about the different Forester models. He listened to us as we explained which features we wanted (and didn't want) and he found the exact Forester for us! Nicole was friendly and organized, making our checkout smooth and efficient!
I had never even been inside a dealership before that day. We purchased from a dealership for the first time ever. I was scared but Seth made us feel extremely comfortable and walked us through everything we needed to know and do. It was a wonderful experience and will choose them again next time im on the look for a car.
