Andrew provided excellent customer service and worked with us to get the best deal possible. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and patiently explained all of the great features on my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. Andrew met and exceeded our expectations in finding a new car. The experience we had at New Motors was so much better than other dealerships. We didn't feel pressured and everyone we encountered was friendly.
I recently purchased a new car from the New Motors in Erie, PA. It was the first car I have purchased there and they were great. No one was pushy and they were able to answer my questions well. They followed up with me after my initial visit and then when I returned to buy the car they were helpful and made the process very smooth and easy. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future.
Purchasing a new car can be a daunting task. Some times taking several days or weeks to complete. I have shopped at New Motors in the past and bought a Volkswagen Jetta sport wagon TDI. This is the second car which I have bought and will have serviced at New Motors. I have found all of the folks who work here to be courteous, helpful and honest. Andrew answered all of my questions and emails. I would not hesitate to work with him again. In addition, Allen Yingling explained all of the financing and warranty options clearly and made decisions easy.
This was my first purchase at New Motors but had dealt with the service department in the past was always impressed with the service and especially how they handled any issues that I had. Steve was great! This was my new first new car at the age of 23 and he made it a breeze. The first time we sat down he knew what I wanted and he delivered no questions asked.
