"Hassle free doesn't even begin to describe my experience..." This is the 2nd time I've come to Lou Bachrodt after accidents that totalled the cars I was driving. The first time was so easy and such a relief, it seemed like a no-brainer to go back under similar circumstances. I was instantly reminded why I loved them so much the last time. "Face to Face Haste with Haste" From my experience with Mindy Lopez to my sale with Jennifer Morelock, to even the finance man Dan and the appearence of Todd i was pleasantly impressed with how Fast they got me in and out being a rush in need to get to work. "Great experience " I came to Lou Bachrodt looking for a vehicle but I had tight parameters for what I was looking for with price, mileage, and type of vehicle. Sam was my salesman. He was phenomenal! Even with my tough parameters, he never gave up. He searched the entire inventory until he found what worked best for what I needed and what worked best with my family.
