"Lou Bachrodt and family" All I can is he gave me 100% great customer service I had my 2 kids they had somewhere to play. Luis made me feel like family he worked really hard to get us in car he also called me to check on us and how we like the car I’m going back again real soon.

"Al Luna. - BEST CAR SALESMAN IN THE NORTHWEST!!!!!" Al Luna is the only car salesman I will ever deal with in my car shopping experiences. He goes ABOVE and BEYOND the EASE of purchasing a vehicle. We bought a vehicle from him 3 years ago and could not have been more pleased, We came back to Lou Bachrodt to purchase a second vehicle ONLY because we called ahead to find out that Al Luna was still selling vehicles here. "Best car buying experience ever." This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had done a lot of research and sort of knew what I wanted, however I am not mechanical or technical. Sam helped explain things to me in a way that I could understand, well still treating me with respect. It was a great experience. Nick is a family friend and was helpful in recommending both the dealership and the sales person. And I know when I need service, Nick will be the best.
