"Great experience...Got what we wanted" Websites can be misleading and aggravatingly slow (hear that web designers?). The staff at Lou Bachrodt's answered all our questions and wanted to make sure we would be satisfied with our purchase. I have always had a belief that you will get shafted at car dealerships, but not here. They worked to get the price we had in mind (and it turned out to be lower) and that is all that matters.
