"New Car" My overall experience with Lou Bachrodt on 7/25/2018 was a wonderful experience for me. Al Luna understood my needs when looking for a new automobile. He helped me understand the process and also walked me through the new changes as far the credit score, the mychevorelt app, the appraisal for my trade in. He made sure it was a smooth transition for one car to the next. If it wasnt for Al Luna being a caring person I would of took my business elsewhere. I appreciate Al Luna for all of his help.

"Friendly and helpful " We delt with Sam, he was great. Told him what we were looking for what it the car was for and he was on top of pulling a list for us to go look at. I guess it's all dealers but the overall process just took a long time, picking out the car went quick but working out the details and financing was long.
