We had an urgent need for a new vehicle quickly, and J.R. was wonderful in meeting all of our wants and meeting our deadlines! Also, Tom in financing was equally wonderful in making the paperwork painless and pleasant! My wife and I were promptly greeted by Claudia . We told her exactly the Impala we wanted as we saw it on the website .She grabbed the keys and away we went on the test drive.
