Everyone was very polite and my car was serviced so quickly. Larry took me to work then picked me up to take me back to my car. He is such a nice guy and really enjoys what he does. I really appreciated everyone's professionalism.
Our salesman was Kevin Lee and we could not be happier! We were looking for a new car and stopped in and he came out to us and answered all of our questions with no pressure to buy, we were not ready then. A couple of weeks later we stopped in again and asked for Kevin and we are so happy we did this dealership from Kevin to everyone else we met were great. Thank you Kevin and everyone else at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall we will recommend you to everyone we know.

The employees are very courteous, respectful and polite. They are also knowledgeable and make all necessary recommendations and not just trying to sell unwanted services.
Had a great experience JR Henry was awesome he worked to get the payment I asked for and he was very helpful in every step of the process.
My dealings with Robert and Frank buying a new vehicle were good. Robert made a Wisconsin fellow feel right at home. Their vehicle selection is very large also for anyone looking around.

I just recently purchased my 3rd new car from Lou Bachrodt in Rockford IL and couldn't be happier. The dealership is always so clean and the staff is extremely helpful. My sales guy J.R. Our Salesperson Kevin Lee was very helpful, he was with us through everything including our indecision on what to purchase always there to answer any questions. What was especially nice was that he wasn't the pushy type, which pleased us very much, we have walked off lots and refused to go back because of pushy salespersons. We would definitely go back.
