I had a great experience from the time I called the dealership to when I was leaving with my car. I am not from the city, but was working in town. I took my car in and my service associate was fantastic. His name was Nick. In many dealerships they are more focused on telling me about the service diagnostic fee as if they think I am going to get my diagnosis and leave. There was excellent service. From the moment we walked in the door we had awesome service. The sales person(Fil) worked with us(my mom and I) We went with the budget of what we could afford, and also had in mind exactly what we needed in a vehicle. Having dealt with pushy, aggressive, and even rude sales staff at dealerships in the past, we now prefer online communication with dealerships until the very last stage of purchase. This was the 4th time I have bought a vehicle at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall, the second one this year. I would not keep coming back if they did not take good care of me. This time it was Al Luna, and he did a great job for us.
I came to Lou Bachrodt because my friend took me their to look at cars. I was not planning buy anything but I almost did. I got a great deal at Lou Bachrodt that would have saved me a ton of money but I had to back out at the last minute because I realized that I was over my head with personal financial matters.
