I really wasn't I the market to buy a new car but when I saw this yellow convertible I was in love. . sometimes salesmen don't like to deal with women buy Sam Ferrille was very respectful and did not pressure me at all. I believe I got a great deal!

Not having the best credit in the world can make it very difficult to purchase some things that we want out of life. But Lou Bachrodt made my husband's dream come true. LOVE MY NEW CAR! This is my third car I have purchased from Lou Bachrodt. Its always a great experience. I have purchased cars other places, but plan to buy from here again in the future.

I'm 72 years old now and I've bought lots of cars in my time. But my recent experience, back in April, at Lou Bachrodt was by far the best. My salesman, Ralph Laplanche, was very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the new Malibu I bought. Went into the dealership very discouraged after having a bad experience with Anderson Toyota of Rockford. Expecting my first child in November, I now had to find a safe a reliable car for my new baby, and hopefully build credit. Everyone seem friendly. Carl was awesome and very attentive to our questions and concerns. He work diligently to get us the best offer possible due to an unplanned car buy. He understood all of our concerns and found a vehicle that fit Our whole family. He stayed with us throughout the entire process with out picking up another customer and we appreciate that.
