Want to thank Sam Ferrille for helping us purchase our new Acadia we came in on our way to a function to look at the selection and set up a appointment for the next morning he met me at the door at 9am had the deal closed by 1030am came back with my wife to sign papers at 3 to pick it up. I went to the dealer to have the oil changed in one of my cars. To pass the time I talked with Joe Luy the only person on the floor; it was very early. I looked at a new Enclave on the floor. We discussed the differences between the new one and the 2014 Enclave that I'd bought 32 months ago. We also discussed leasing. In the end, Joe made me a deal I couldn't refuse. No pressure, just talk. I like doing business that way.
