Al Luna was a great salesmen. Never felt pressured to buy a car or sign anything. He was able to get the exact car I wanted for a fair price. My past cars I have purchased have usually meant 5 hours at the dealership. Not this time, I was there for maybe 2 hours!

My husband and I purchased a brand new Buick Lacrosse...luv the car and our salesman Al Luna!! He was just wonderful....they didn't have the color we wanted and he went above and beyond to find us the exact car we wanted!He had it at the store within 2 days and cleaned and ready for us to drive home!! Al was great!! We have purchased many cars from Lou Bachrodt and they have always been good to us!

Great customer service. TJ was exceptional and didn't feel like I was being swayed into making my purchase. From initial visit in August til today's phone call and purchase he was wonderful.

My husband and I bought a brand new 2015 GMC Sierra 1500!! From the moment we walked to the moment we walked out of the dealership we felt very pleased and comfortable. The entire staff was amazing! I wasn't planning on purchasing a car today, but came home with a beautiful Impala! TJ was my salesman and he couldn't have been nicer! Like most of us, I absolutely hated the idea of having to go and shop for new car. What a wonderful surprise to walk into the likes of Sam Ferrille the new car salesman at Lou Bachrodt.
