We started one to gr out looking for a used car with low mileage. Al was the first salesperson to greet us. He was very patient with my husband (test drove two cars and received quotes for at least four different automobiles). I had a great experience working with Casey. She was by far the best salesperson I worked with during my new car search. She was very knowledgeable about her products and current promotions. We went to Lou Bachrodt today looking for a newer used pick up and ended up with the help of J.R. Henry were able to get into a new GMC Sierra. Everyone was fantastic and friendly. Very happy to have a truck for years to come, and some great service comes with it. Thanks to everyone!

Went in there looking for a used "newer car". Called them telling them what I was looking for and when I got there, they had options ready for me to test drive. I found what I wanted in the first ten mins of being there. Josh was a great help and really kind. Everyone there answered any questions I had. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with salesman JR Henry buying a new car from Lou Bachrodt. From our initial meeting, to test driving two different cars, to working for us to make the best deal on both our new car and our trade-in, to explaining our new car's features, to setting up the many technological components, JR was not only extremely helpful, but he was also professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
