We were having constant issues with our 2010 Jetta TDI and TJ Robinson put us in a gasoline Jetta with less miles and in overall better condition than what we traded. He is pleasant and funny and we will be seeking TJ out again this fall when we are ready to buy new. thanks TJ

Richard Dummer of Lou Bachrodt BMW was an excellent sales consultant, that thoroughly explained our options and sold us an extended maintenance and warranty plan that was fitting for our driving profile and he could've sold us a plan that was more money, but his honesty was the sole reason why we decided to purchase the warranty from Richard. Jim is the mann when it comes to understanding, and caring about what I wanted. He doesn't press you at all, you say no then its on to the next selection.. I am so pleased with my recent purchase at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall. The sales Rep that helped me was T.J Robinson. It was a very cold day, and I couldn't decide on which car I wanted. Bought a new car and the entire process was very stress free. I had a lot of anxiety with purchasing my first new car and JR made the entire process very smooth with his calm demeanor; not sure I would have bought the car if JR didn't calm my worries. Pat was also great and went over the financing process. Eased a lot of my anxiety. Great experience and would highly recommend.
