I had no idea whether I was going to buy a vehicle or not when I arrived. Very happy and satisfied with the excellent, professional and friendly salesmen Prosper Rubino and Lothan JR Henry. I didn't feel rushed or pressured while looking for a new car. Both were very helpful and couldn't be more pleased. Also, Larry Hansen finance manager took his time going through paperwork and was professional as well. I had a great experience working with Josh Schneider. He is knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and wrote several follow up emails to see if I had any more questions. I have dealt with this dealership twice in the best and have been pleasantly pleased so was back. It makes buying or leasing a new car a pleasant experience......which it should be.

Probably the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had! These guys were great. Very friendly, no pressure, answered all my questions and helped get a vehicle that I really enjoy. Price asked as fair to boot! I wanted a towing package on the vehicle and they set it up so I could get it installed at the service department a few days later!! All I had to do was show up!

I inquired via Lou Bachrodt's website about a GMC Yukon and Sam Ferrille was quick to respond. Sam was very knowledgeable of the vehicles I was looking at. A couple days later I stopped by for a test drive and decided to place an order for exactly what I wanted.
