Sean was by far friendly and knowledgeable about the car I wanted to lease. This is my third car I have leased from BMW of Bayside with Sean as my salesperson. He's the best.

I have to say Bayside's service department is top notch. Although I was not yet due for service and I did not purchase my X5 from BMW of Bayside I was in the area and needed help setting up my blue tooth. Without any if, ands, or buts Marlo the Service Manager came out to help me. I've been searching for months for the prefect pre-owned BMW. This was going to be my first BMW so I wasn't sure what to expect. Once I located it in BMW of Bayside I emailed them and right away, I received a response from client advisor Cesar Zavala within a few minutes. Great dealership. The entire process was smooth from start to stop. Delivery was short notice but was done the SAME DAY! Pricing was fair and comparable to other dealers.

From the moment I stepped in the door, the staff from the receptionist to the general manager, to the sales person were all very attentive and helpful. They answered every and any question I had with complete detail. I feel like it wasn't just business, they made me feel like a friend. I'm very happy with their service and will be recommending Frank Allen and Burc to anyone I know who would be interested in a BMW in the future.

Words cannot describe how much of a difference Burc Yurtsel and manager Anthony Natale BMW of Bayside made into leasing my third BMW. In all actually I recently left Rallye BMW of Westbury and was ready to lease an Audi or Mercedes Benz this year. BMW Bayside gave me one of the greatest car buying experience so far. I meant Quinn Mui and he was able to assist in a professional manner. He list to all my needs and was able to help me pick the right car for. The process was quick and easy. I was out of the lot with in an hour of finding my car. I would recommend this dealer and sales associate to anyone.
