I purchased my car from Bayside BMW and had one wonderful experience after the next with this dealer. The service department runs in such a professional manner. The service manager Marlo, is amazing. She goes the extra mile for all of her clients. I had moved to Texas for 2 years, now am back in NY and can't think of a better dealership to deal with. BMW of Bayside is an outstanding dealership. There are no hidden agendas. The customer service of its employees exceeded all of my expectations. The staff is well informed and knowledgable on all aspects of all models, including upcoming releases. They are willing to go out of their way to help you. There are no add-ons or mark-ups. They have great follow-up communication to make sure everything went smoothly. Model selection is among the best.

Let me start by saying I have had three BMW's and this is my first from BMW of Bayside. I always went there but never was given the best deal. I never felt great leaving the dealership. But this last time I meet Larry, He took his time and went over all my options with me. Peter came out to say hello and after a 20 minutes we had a deal. Nice to meet some one from the neighborhood. Good guys great price. Thanks for finally making it work I was getting tired of driving 30 minutes away from home to buy and service my car.
The entire service department is first rate. The quality of service is second to none! My car had a state inspection, oil change, and 4 tire rotation, balance and alignment. The ride and performance is BETTER than when I got the car a year ago.
As soon as I walked into the dealership, the staff was immediately very courteous and asked if I needed help without being very obtrusive. I was introduced to Mr. Parks who immediately helped narrow down my decision and then the option package that would work for me. More importantly he gave me a great price on the car and when I realized that I needed to add the Satellite radio, he did so at no additional cost.
