I initially had planned to go to Rally BMW. I found myself lost and actually stopped intermediately at a BMW dealership on Northern Blvd. I did not get the welcome that I hoped for me and my wife so I decided to head back home to CT. Then just before we got on the highway back over the Throggsneck bridge we suddenly found BMW of Bayside. Immediately before I even got a chance to open the front door. I was so lucky to have been helped a great guy. brian made the whole transaction smooth and easy. I didnt expect to buy a car at the time but when the price is right the right time is always now. I even liked the closing manager that finalized our deal He didnt try to sway me to buy anything I didnt want. Cant expect better customer service.
This employee is knowledgable and courteous. If you describe your needs, he finds and sells you what you need, not "what's on the lot" I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS.
I worked with Quinn on leasing a 2011 Certified Pre-Owned 328I X-Drive and it was the greatest experience I have had, Quinn was extremely helpful and made sure that I received the best deal. I am definitely going to recommend Quinn to my family and friends and I will make sure that I only work with him in the future for my car needs.

10 years ago I was in the process of buying a BMW and 8 changed my mind and bought a Mercedes instead for the sole reason of the ruddiness of the many BMW sales persons I dealt with with and the kindness of the Mercedes sales persons. this is the second time i purchased a vechicle from bmw of bayside and charles caporimo was the sales person. i was very satisfied with bmw of bayside and very, very pleased with charles capormimo. he was very informative and helped me chose the perfect car for me. i look forward to my next bmw and i will certainly go back to bmw of bayside.
