Everyone at BMW Bayside was, very nice and friendly to me in helping me choose the proper car and financing agreements. My direct sales person Mr. charles Camporimo was the nicest of everyone there. He should really be commended on how he interacts with customers. I brought my car in for service and it was exceptional, especially the service provided by their Service Manager Marlo Bellizzi. My experience was professional yet personal and I felt like my car and I were given special attention. Marlo helped me get into a BMW loaner and gave me progress reports throughout the service period. A++ for Marlo and the team.
I purchased a BMW from Bayside because it was, by far, the best deal available within a couple of hundred miles of my home. Other dealers said they would match it, but never came through. I worked extensively with Landers Hall, and he was great. My needs were specific, in that I wanted a 3-series BMW, with low mileage, manual transmission and four-wheel drive. Landers worked with me closely, and was helpful throughout, even during evenings and days off. He provided first rate service throughout.
Awesome dealership, received the best in customer service from salesman Peter Grosse. Got a great price on the vehicle (535xi) and since I had certain specific options and didn't want to wait for it to be built, Peter was able to locate a proper match at another dealership in Suffolk. Car arrived a few days after with no problems.
