Quinn Mui did a great job getting me into the car I wanted. He did not pressure me at all. Both Quinn and Conrad helped me get into the exact car I wanted. I was able to drive out with the car the same day. Also as a first time car buyer the finance guy was extremely helpful in getting me approved with a fair loan.

I just trade in my Mini cooper, these guys gave me a great offer from the start. Not like two other BMW dealers I went to. I bought a 08 328i from Bayside BMW, two doors had some paint and dent damages. Jose offer to re paint them for me, so I can be happy taking the car without any damages. These guess took Great care of me, the car looks just like new. Great job guys, they gave me a great deal. Everyone at the dealer were great, they know how to take care of customer. Thanks Guys!! We are very please with our purchased yesterday . Conrad Theiner was out of his way for this sale and take personal interest on the condition of the car. I have leased BMW's for years, but this time it was a truly unique experience. Not only did I get the best price by hundreds of dollars a month(I did shop around), but the level of service was such that I feel like I'm taking advantage of them. Quinn Mui did everything in his power to please (and, I am demanding)! He provided superior service and will continue to do so. He is thorough informed. If he doesn't have an answer, he researches and finds it! M. Masters was also extermely informative and helpful. There was no pressure or nonsense. I was impressed with the professionalism, and I am not impressed easily!

After visiting 4 local dealerships on Long Island I ended up buying a new 2011 528i from BMW of Bayside. Although it was actually the furthest from my house, the salesman and sales manager's no nonsense, direct approach was refreshing in an industry which is often filled with games and mine fields to navigate though. Burc Yurtsel was great to work with. He did not give me to much of the pushy sales appraoch and was very responsive to my emails and calls and did his best to give me what I wanted. It was a delight to have him as my sales person and I would highly recommend him and Bayside BMW to others.
