Quinn Mui was a dynamic associate. He was professional, friendly, and followed up not only on the sale, which is typical, but he executed all aspects making the entire process smooth for me. He and even took care to make sure the remaining installation of my mats and tinting was done in a timely manner, without interruption of my schedule. I was in the market of buying a Toyota Camry or Honda Accord, but always had my heart set for a BMW. Dale showed me several 3 series and pretty much sealed the deal. He was patient and wasn't pushy or a typical car salesman. I bought my BMW 3 series the same day.
Sales person was very instrumental in accomplishing the sale and delivering the car on my schedule. This was my second purchase from this dealership and Burc helped me get the best deal possible.
Upon entering the BMW of Bayside Used Dealership, I was greeted immediately by Quinn, who was very friendly and knowledgable. He didn't make me feel pressured to purchase, for it was the first dealership I visited to begin my used car search. I honestly made the purchase because of Quinn's friendliness, and the deal he offered me. When I'm ready to upgrade my X-3, I'll definitely look for Quinn before anyone else. I had a great experience overall, and I could'nt be more satisfied.
Service of the sales associates was excellent. He did a good job even though I had a tough request. I will recommend to my friends.
I had a bad experience with a salesperson at this dealer several years ago that made me weary of trying them again. I am happy to say that I had a great experience this time and would definitely return in the future. Burc is a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who will spend the time to go over all the details. He took care of the entire process from my return of a previous lease with another dealer to locating the best car to match my needs.
I had a great experience with purchasing a brand new BMW! The general Manager (sorry can't remember his name) and my Sales Rep Charles C. were extremely helpful and handled all of my questions and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Both the sales and the service department here are distinctly above average. In particular, the service department is impressive. They come as close to making service a pleasant experience as possible. Appointments, prompt service, comfortable waiting room. This is my fifth car from this dealer. That says it best.
