I leased a BMW three years ago and my experience was ok, it just seemed more of a hassle than it had to be. I went back because my lease was up and just found the whole place cleaner, more organized and the people more friendly and welcoming. Sean Parks was my sales person this time, the last one was gone. I simply had an excellent experience with this BMW dealership, and with David Rosenstein, Director of Business Development in particular. The dealership has a great inventory of new and certified pre-owned cars. David listened to what I was looking for and walked me through the current inventory, focusing on the BMWs which fitted in with what I was looking for. I've recently begun my search for my next BMW and though my interaction with BMW of Bayside has been very limited thus far I am very pleased with the responsiveness and friendliness of their online sales dept., specifically Dave. On June 12, 2021, Purchased a 2021 X5 and after owning the vehicle for a few weeks, the car stalled. I than returned to the dealership in Bayside Queens as my vehicle was being repaired at BMW Freeport and met with both the sales man and General Manager at BMW Bayside, whom informed me he was a prior service manager. "This is a follow up review from my April 23, 2021 review...." This is a follow up review from my April 23, 2021 review. It took me 2 months to get my license plates from Bayside. A temporary plate is good for 30 days…so do the math and you’ll know how long I couldn’t drive my car due to customer service that is inconceivably bad. Best part? "A few months ago, my car was serviced for a clicking..." A few months ago, my car was serviced for a clicking noise when I would brake the car. The cost of the service was over 3K+ for brake calipers, etc., which was supposed to fix the clicking noise. Today 3/4/2021 I brought my car back to BMW to fix a cracked windshield which is covered by my insurance company.
