I purchased my x5 on December 29 2016 and we are at April 4th 2017 and I still haven't received the registration card .They did not even offered me a loaner instead the slap a non valid registration on my car to drive illegally. I was pulled over by law enforcement but release because I didn't know that I was committing a infraction by driving with this temporary card illegally giving to me by the dealer. I could of being arrested
Angelo Liangas is rude and walks away mid conversation. Pretends like he's never even talked to you before even though he's the one who told me to bring my car in over the phone. Asked if I was calling him a liar. Yes, I am. Never been to any BMW service center that was this horrible. I've been a BMW owner for 15+ years and have never experienced this level of disregard. Car went in for s routine inspection. Of course the car needed 1800.00 of work to get it to pass. The service dept is rude, never calls back and does not communicate with customers while they hold your car hostage. Dealt with Angelo L and Jen O.
I went to them for maintenance and auto body repairs. They referred me to Midland Body Shop where it took them over a month to repair my bumper as it was in an accident. They charged over $10,000 and it took them a month and a half where the BMW customer service rep did not interact with me or follow up and the body Shop kept delivering incorrect delivery dates and information. Really terrible service not customer friendly at all avoid going there at all cost please see Yelp reviews before going there the upper managment are rude and abrasive and do not listen to customers needs , not sure why they are still in business , use neighbor dealership this one is absolutely horrible . Especially Doug Foss the service manager ,under his leadership this dealership will never move forward ,

I leased my BMW x4 back in April this year, and it had a problem (already) at the bracket of the car. I brought my car at their service center last Friday and they got me a loaner car - which was a BMW 328i. They had me signed a yellow paper saying that the loaner car was delivered to me in perfect condition. I am not a Professional on cars, I thought everything on the car was perfect. Enter this dealership at your own risk. I purchased a CPO here back in March and the experience continues to be the bane of my existence. The salesman claimed my previous lease was up for a pull-ahead program since there was only 3 months left on the lease. They had an X3 I was looking for so I went ahead with the purchase from the salesman and the lease return. ZERO STARS!!! Was my first and last time dealing with BMW of Bayside. I will not even step foot back in there for service. They do not care about your feelings. They operate like a bunch of coked up stock brokers--not a luxury car dealership. Crappy they way they do business. They price you negotiated at the sale suddenly goes up when you actually go to pick up the car. SO DONE. A lot of run rounds. They don't return phone calls or texts maybe hours or days later.. I called my Finance rep for some help about six months ago and still haven't returned my call but quickly to take my check, smh. I just got a bad vibe...Over the phone they said I would get a FDNY discount and BMW polo shirts but never did till this day..
