"poor customer service and professionalism" have an appointment for 8/12/19 2:15pm with Michael Krulewich. my husband got there and was said he is a walk in and was given to Jennifer. dealt with as a walk in even though we have an appointment and car was not worked on until 8/13/19. called to speak with the advisor forwarded to a voicemail. tried to speak with the manager in regards to my complaint several times and manager wont even go to the phone and was told he will call in the afternoon. this is how they deal with compl... read more
"Was sold a vehicle under false pretenses." Advertised CPO vehicle was in fact not a CPO vehicle at time of sale and I have encountered multiple issues with vehicle and continue to still have problems with vehicle.
"Liars and con artist !" This place is by far the worse dealership I ever encountered. They not only lied to me and wasted my time but they took full advantage of me. They told me one interest rate, then proceeded to run my credit with tier 1 score and had to fight for 5 hours to get the rate they initially told me. "couldn't be bothered" where do I begin? Maybe when visiting the store and not being asked if I wanted help for a solid 15 minutes? Or maybe when finally asked the salesperson (or lack there of) had to almost be forced to speak to me. acting as if he was so busy on the phone (which not sure if he even was) finally came and went to help me ( not even giving his name nor asking mine) asked me what my budget was and immediately brought me to his desk and started building a car online (which I have already done countless times) ... read more
"Never returned an email or phone call" I was getting a car from John, they gave me a price of $55,000, I said yes! Then they told me $56900. I said yes! After I said yes, never heard from them again. I have emails to prove that John is not a man of his word. I call Rally BMW. i bought a car in 5 hours and they made it seamless. Go to Rally BMW, they answer you back and very friendly.
"Not worth the visit" Visited BMW Bayside dealership. Met Chris supposed to be the Manager. Did not even stood up to introduce himself nor shook our hands. Did not even offer us a seat. We had to ask if we can sit. Maybe made a mistake telling him that I am looking to lower by monthly lease payment on the new car because he keeps on telling me that the X5 is worth $60-70,000 and the lease could be $765 a month. Check out my FB review under their page but long and short. Visited this dealership and was treated like xxxx. Drove 2 hours made to wait for 45 mins when the sales man knew I was coming from far. Anyhow was given the run around by John Theta the used car manager (Total Duchebag) . Then they have Angela Munoz try to call and smooth me over ( Big Liar) anyhow I made several attempts at calling there GM due to my bad experience and to date the guy has never called me back. Such a disappointing visit last Sunday. We have 3 BMW's in our household and our last 335xi was leased through BMW Bayside back in 2014. I came in last Sunday specifically to lease a new 5 series because mine was coming due in 3 months and I kept receiving letters from Habberstad BMW in Huntington. Figured I'd stop back in to see if I could get into a new car. Checked in at the information kiosk (very nice receptionist) and Denis came to help us. FIRST TIME THERE--SAT WITHOUT SEEING AN ADVISER FOR 1/2 HOUR--REALIZED SOMETHING WRONG--HAD TO WAIT OVER TWO HOURS FOR A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE--EVEN THE CAR WASH WAS SO POOR I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER CAR WASH TO FINISH WHAT THEY STARTED! TRIED TO CONTACT MANAGEMENT VIA PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. NO RESPONSE SO HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE. HOPE I NEVER NEED SERVICE FOR AN ACTUAL REPAIR
