"Bayside BMW will gladly take your money but couldn't..." Bayside BMW will gladly take your money but couldn't care less afterwards. Neither the sales manager or general manager have any interest after the sale if there is a problem. The salesman will stick his head in the sand. This place is a bad used car lot experience.

"Always say they'll call you back and never do" It's best to go in person because if you try to call, they'll put you on hold/send you to voicemail, or if they're feeling generous, the receptionist will admit they're busy and unable to help you but you should make an appointment. They offer to call you back another time which isn't a problem normally, but sadly they do not actually call you back. Really not the type of service you want from a brand like BMW. "Overall communication was terrible. Actually felt like I..." Overall communication was terrible. Actually felt like I was at Walmart being checked out. I was happy that BMW was proactive and called me for service, previous visits were not like this at all. Folks were friendly, appreciative for your business but this latest visit I have to say it was the opposite. I felt like I didn’t want to waste my time ever again and this is just based off of the way the service team handled me as a customer.

"The worst dealership ever! Stay away. They damaged my car..." The worst dealership ever! Stay away. They damaged my car and will not pay for the repairs. The service manager is useless. Never again I will reccomend a BMW or use of this service center.

"BMW BAYSIDE said they would return our lease for us when..." BMW BAYSIDE said they would return our lease for us when we picked up our new car. They kept it for 3 months put over 300 miles on it damaged the tire . Now we are stuck with a bill for holding the truck after our lease ended and for the damages. They are taking no responsibility and keep telling lies.

"Made owning a BMW Miserasble" Custom ordered 2 new Cars in 2016 (For the 2017 model year) Were promised back up cams- were not included incorrect tires came on one vehicle- did not help to rectify We purchased a skirt for the F31 wagon- it was installed crooked and damaged- Took a year and involvement with corporate to rectify Service has been the most stressful part- They do not tell you - Tires wear out in 20k- NOT COVERED (AWD CAR) - Needs alignment every 10k- NOT COVERED- and if not performed- voids tire warranty - ther... read more
