Bought a X1, no hassle Great service and reasonable price. I bought it from Ray Santos. He was wonderful. Had a great deal for me. He was knowledgeable about the details. I am happy with the purchase. I was just shocked later that the financial company that I am dealing with is Bank of America, I thought it would be BMW Financial since I went through the dealer. But the APR are comparable. No big deal.
Our 4th BMW, this was BEST experience yet. After experiencing sub par service from East Bay BMW, we decided to visit BMW of Fremont for our 4th BMW. We are definitely glad we came here because Jerry is the best and most courteous BMW Salesman we've ever met. 2003 BMW 325CI Got my first bimmer from this dealership. My sales agent Rommel was very helpful and patient. The finance manager Adrian was very helpful too. Actually everyone was helpful. The car's interior was in mint condition considering it's 10 years old. The exterior is ok since it has some little scratches here and there but not a major issue. Enjoyed Buying a Used BMW I needed to buy a car somewhat unexpectedly when my Infiniti gave up the ghost. After seeing a car I was interested in online, I called BMW of Fremont to speak with someone about it. I ended up working with Mike Phillips, and he was great. Mike was very helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable. I told Mike what my criteria were, and we were able to make a deal very quickly and efficiently--for a price that fit my budget.
