Good final experience After no response to two visits looking for a specific car, I went to Kelly Blue book to do a search. I got immediate response from Fremont dealership and two other area dealer. The internet experience was excellent, they just need to have salemen dealing with walk-ins to be as responsive. We have purchased from this dealer in the past and have had good experiance. After reaching agreement without financing, I was surprised how long it took to complete the paper work.
Pleasant experience I was quite happy throughout the purchasing process with the advisors Steven ad David, also with the finance guy Adrian. They provided information patiently and honestly on all my questions. I did not spend much time there finishing all the process including loaning.

Good service I'm a new BMW owner. I was looking for a certified pre-owned 335i fully loaded & found one on the website. I called about it & spoke to George Aprim to make an appointment the next day. George was waiting for me the next morning & showed me the car. I was short on time & he expedited getting me a quote & a much better trade in value on my car. Terrible experience at Fremont BMW AutoNation Fremont's BMW AutoNation dealership is not trustworthy. If you want to buy or lease from this place, expect to step into a lengthy, unpleasant, and disrespectful experience. If you visit, ensure that you have everything written down and agreed upon in advance and be prepared to stay there for a LONG time while you try to have them honor their promise. They have absolutely no respect for the customer and their operation is dishonest. My recommendation is not to use them at all.
