BMW Fremont YES! I called 1-2x the next 5 days to ask if they would check my trade in for a license plate frame I possibly left so that they could mail it back with the second set of keys. I called and left messages, talked to other folks to rely the message, voicemails and one person did an email blast on 3 perons- Nico, Marco, Harris. Not one responded. It wasnt until Friday I get an email-not even a pick up the phone and call me- in regards to the frame. I called again and got Nico who just got the car keys from service. ... read more

Customer service needs improvement I had an issue with my BMW 740i and it was resolved to my satisfaction with absolutely no issues, full marks on that. However, customer service is something they need to work on. They took more than 30 minutes to get my car out and that too after repeated requests. I was getting late for an appointment and I did not expect that it will take me that long to get my car because I received a message that my car was ready. Used car purchase My customer service experience has been terrible. They were friendly but were not judicious about fixing my problem in a timely manner or keeping me abreast of the delays.

BMW 328i no start repairing Slow response. Be prepare for very pricy work ? charges ~$230-250 per hour for service. Better check around before you drop a not starting car there ?as it may come up with series of problems that the dealer say have to be fixed before making the car start again.

2015 535i Still Facing Issues For some time I have been having an issue with my 2015 535i, M Sport package. I brought my vehicle in for rattling/tapping noise when driving after had been in reverse (several videos on YouTube show others with the same issue and similar response when taking it to BMW for repairs) while still under warranty. The dealership claimed they could not repeat my issue. No loaners for service I would avoid this dealership if you are expecting a BMW loaner vehicle for service. You most likely won’t get one or they will take you to Enterprise where you will have to wait for more than an hour for a subpar vehicle.

Service at BMW of Fremont Everyone: do not bring your car to BMW of Fremont. They lie to you about what your car needs to be repaired and got caught because those repairs were already been done at BMW of San Jose a few months before that (they are bad liars). Then they go on To fix one thing, change to new tires in my case, and break a few other things and deny them. I got me car?s tire replacement and they lost a bolt and lie about it. poor customer service and after sales experience the dealership service department experience is annoying- you feel like as if you are asking for a favor. they should send their staff to lexus for training. I cant express enough how disappointed I am I feel I should go buy a Mercedes instead. for 25 years I have been buying lexus and Mercedes and never have had such disappointment : BMW makes a good car and this is my first one but I think I should try another dealer instead BTW my buying experience was great ! so it feels r... read more
