Sales people know nothing about the cars Visited to check out some i3s; I stated up front that is why I was there. The sales person they set me up with knew almost nothing about i3s and couldn’t answer even basic questions I wanted to test drive on the Freeway but she said they didn’t allow that. She suggested the X5e as an alternative, which I did try but she couldn’t answer questions about that either. Dismal service center I made an appointment THREE weeks ago to have roof rails put on my new BMW I purchased at this dealership. I get to my appointment at 10am, and am told they're running behind. After waiting 35 minutes I ask what is happening, and they say there is still one person ahead of me. After 50 minutes a service person finally calls my name. She says she has to check on the part. Great Sales Staff, Poor Financial Personnel Salesman was very nice and competent. Financial person made numerous errors during the paperwork process. A day or two after the purchase he sent me an email saying he forgot to have us sign some additional lines . We returned to complete the additional paperwork the following day.

Chaotic and rude, BMW Fremont service This is my second time here. My experience is neutral last time. I come again because it?s close to my office. I waited for about 40 minutes. Then the service rep gave a a list of services. I accepted portion of the them because some can be done by myself. The rep changed his attitude immediately, very dramatic. Will not come again.

Recall appointment Scheduled x5 recall and was told part is available. On my way home after I dropped my vehicle I was called to say part was not available. Not acceptable

Finance manager tried to scam me Salesmen pretended someone else was interested in the car I was buying during the negotiation; that game ended when I started to walk out. I walked out and got a mile down the road before they called me back with a fair offer for my trade. So, price agreed for the new car and my trade, next stop the finance manager. Awful experince. Rude Service I and my wife have started search for a some used not-expensive car and owe have found one variant in this dealership. After short test-drive seller decided to offer a finance solution. We were not ready to buy car right now, because we just started to search the car, that's I VERIFIED FEW times, that it will not be a hard inquiry for me credit score. Dealer push unnecessary service. The dealer push replacing a tire $275. I went to a reputable tire shop and they showed that the tire had no problem. I was about to be played. Dishonest dealership service dept.

Purchase of a Certified PreOwned 2015 435Ii Purchased a CERTIFIED preowned 435i in April 2018. After several weeks I started noticing paint coming off the driver's seat. THE DRIVER'S SEAT WAS PAINTED!!
